Long Beach's most romantic restaurants Valentine's line up is still more heated with his. La Traviata romantics of all ages provides a number of specials and live entertainment Friday, Feb 10 - Monday, February 14. The highlight of the weekend will be a 4-course, Prix fixe dinner prepared by Executive Chef Trinidad Betancourt, who is starting with a selection of lobster cooking to a sumptuous meal or followed by a California spaghetti squash ravioli fresh salad with field green tomatoes and candied walnuts tossed in a vinaigrette with pear. Main courses include South African white fish (like Chilean sea bass) or a tender Filet Mignon with Stilton bleu cheese and a Madera wine sauce. The food is rounded off with a chocolate heart gelato. It costs $59 per person. Chanteuse Sheryl Smith will croon lovesongs for most of the 4-day period.
"On Monday, we decided Valentine's day to offer a series of specials and surprises, so we can achieve as many pairs as possible during the whole weekend," said charismatic owner Mario Nasab. "My intention is to ensure that all couples, La Traviata as romantic a time as possible."
